How to find your API token in Re:amaze?

Log into your Re:amaze account.
Go to Settings.
Scroll to the very bottom of the list and under DEVELOPER find API token

How to turn off notifications in Re:amaze

Disable notifications so your agents won't get numerous emails during the Full Data Migration.

Click on your profile icon > choose Notification Settings > go to Notifications > uncheck all the fields in the Subscribed Channels, Desktop Notifications, Email Notifications, and Mobile Notifications sections > Save Settings.

Re:amaze Migration Specifics

When setting up a migration, the client must configure a separate Demo for each brand. Each brand has its own unique URL. You can find the brand URL under Personal Settings → Brands.
Re:amaze has workflows (triggers). They can be configured for all brands or for specific brands only. Therefore, when migrating to Re:amaze, you can disable workflows only for the selected brand and leave them active for the others.
Chats from Re:amaze migrate by default.
