SysAid — Setup & How-To Guide
SysAid Migration Limitations
- If user can’t turn off SSO for his account then he should create API user that can bypass SSO. Guide: https://community.sysaid.com/sysaid-api-25/api-sso-login-12822
- Tickets can be migrated to single Service Request type and a single template.
- Groups in tickets are displayed as ID (known issue to SysAid, they are working on a fix)
- Comment attachments migrate linked to a ticket (not comment) and are visible to end-user (even from private comments). Comment text includes attachments names linked to it.
- Emojis are skipped by default as they are failing ticket import.
