How to find a LiveAgent ticket ID?

Go to your LiveAgent account and navigate to the tickets.
Locate the ticket you want to include in the Custom Demo.
Find the ticket ID displayed in the right sidebar.
Copy the ticket ID and paste it into the Migration Wizard.
