How to find a Kayako Classic ticket ID?
- Go to your Kayako Classic account and select the ticket.
- Look at the URL to find the ticket ID. Take a peek at the URL, and you'll find the ID you need for your test Demo Migration with custom data.
- Input the ticket ID into the Migration Wizard.
