How to Migrate Agents with Different Status from/to Zoho Desk

Only active Zoho Desk agents (agents and admins) can be matched during migration. Light agents, not confirmed agents, and deactivated agents are not listed for matching.

 

  1. Activate deactivated agents.
  2. Confirm email for not confirmed agents.
  3. Change light agents to agents.
  4. Match active agents.
