How to Create Users in Zoho Desk
- Go to Setup Users and Control Agents.
- Click "+" to add a new agent.
- Fill in agent details (name, email, department, role).
- Set Agent permission.
- Save the profile.
Accepting Invitations:
- New Users: Sign up and confirm email.
- Existing Zoho Users: Click Continue signing in.
Re-inviting Users: Setup Agents Non-confirmed Re-invite.
Activating/Deactivating Users: Setup Agents Deactivated Agents Activate.
