Search All Tickets in Autotask
Search Options
- Main Autotask Search: Use the search bar in the top navigation to find tickets and other entities.
- Service Desk Ticket Search Page: Navigate to Service Desk Ticket Search for a detailed view of all tickets. Use various fields to filter results.
Filtering Options
- By Ticket Status: Check "Open (Status not Complete)" in the Filter Chooser to see only active tickets.
- By Tag: Use tags to narrow results based on ticket content.
- By Parent Organization: Select a parent organization in the Organization filter and enable "Show sub-organization items" to include tickets from sub-organizations.
- by Inactive Tags: Use the tag selector and add the "Active" column as a filter to find tickets with inactive tags.
