The Help Desk Migration Wizard migrates Board Types, Board SubTypes, and Board Items by default, ensuring a smooth transfer to your service desk
What Gets Migrated?
- Board Types: primary categories within ConnectWise Boards (e.g., Development, Support, Sales, Marketing).
- Board SubTypes: more specific categorizations within a Board Type (e.g., Front-end Development, Back-end Development).
- Board Items: tasks, issues, or project requirements, including due dates, descriptions, files, and progress tracking.
How to Migrate Board Data
These entities migrate automatically through the Help Desk Migration Wizard. To get started:
