How to know how many Tickets do I have in Awesome Support
- Log into your admin dashboard.
- Go to the Tickets menu and select All Tickets.
- The tickets console will display a list of all tickets, including their status, subject, and date.
- Count the number of rows to determine the total number of tickets.
- Use filters or the search option to count specific tickets or limit results to a date range.
