How to Import a JSON File into Spiceworks Cloud
- Log in Spiceworks Cloud.
- Go to Settings.
- Select the appropriate organization.
- Go to Import/Export Tickets.
- Upload the JSON file.
- Start the import process, and monitor the import log.
