Migrate help desk data to CSV
Easily export your help desk data to CSV with Help Desk Migration. Follow these steps:
- Sign in to your Help Desk Migration account.
- Create a new migration and select your Source.
- Choose CSV as the Target.
- Select data entities you want to export.
- Start the Demo Export and download the generated CSV files.
- Review the files to ensure accuracy.
- If everything looks good, start the Full Data Export.
- Download the final CSV files.
