How to Disable Notifications Before Migrating to Odoo Helpdesk

Deactivate notifications in Odoo Helpdesk

Disable Agent Notifications:

Go to Settings Users & Companies.
Open the user's page and set Notification to Handle in Odoo.
(Optional) Disable notifications for each user.

Disable Contact Notifications:

Go to Technical Email Templates.
Delete templates for Helpdesk Ticket and User.
