Where to get API password in Awesome Support
- Log into your Awesome Support account.
- Click the "Profile" icon and select Application Passwords.
- In the New Application Password Name field, enter a name and click Add New Application Password.
- Copy and store generated password securely—it won’t be accessible again.
- Use this API password when setting up your migration in the Migration Wizard on the Help Desk Migration website.
You can revoke API password after migration, but do not revoke them while the migration is still running.
