Halo has the following ticket types: Incidents, Change requests, Service Requests, Problems, Requests for Quotes, Advice/Other.
Migration Wizard migrates all tickets / conversations / cases, etc, into Incident ticket type from the helpdesks.
If your source is ITSM systems, then you might be able to migrate tChanges, Problems and Service Requests as well.
If you do not see the desired object on the Choose Objects page, send us a request to investigate custom migration.
