Delta migration is a feature offered by migration service providers for customers who continue to use their source help desk while the migration process is ongoing. It allows for the migration of newly created and updated tickets and knowledge base articles to the target platform after the initial full data migration.
Note: This option is available only for Signature support plan customers.
