What is customization? How is a custom work price calculated?

Customization refers to any modification made to the default automated migration process to meet specific requirements that cannot be achieved automatically. This may include tasks such as data filtering (migration of subset of the data), restructuring data, adding extra tags to tickets, or transforming field types.

Custom work is typically billed separately from the cost of automated data migration. The price of custom work is determined based on the complexity and scope of the customization required.

The customization is developed on a pre-paid basis and usually takes up to 2 business days to develop. After the customization is paid, our team will be notified and start working on the custom development. You will be notified via email when the customization is implemented, and you can start testing it.
