Check migrated records in Jira Service Management
Find Tickets:
- Go to Advanced issue search.
- Use JQL: "ImportedId[Number]" = "ticket id" (single) or "ImportedId[Number]" in ("ticket id", "ticket id") (multiple).
Find Customers/Organizations:
- Go to Customers in the project.
- Use the search bar.
