How to Add Users to a Project in Jira Service Management

If you do not see the users on the matching page, then most of all, they are not added to the project to which you migrate the data.

To add users to the project in Jira Service Management, follow these steps:

Go to Settings > Projects
Click on the necessary Project and go to Project settings: People.
Click Add people and input the info of the necessary users. Choose the Service Desk Team Role.

After you add the agents to the project, the tool will pick them up and will show on the matching.
