Go to your migration dashboard at https://app.help-desk-migration.com/. Click on a sharing icon next to the migration ID:
Enter the name and work email of your colleague or client. Choose the access scope you wish to allow:
- Global grants full access, allowing your colleague or client to see the migration as you do.
- Restricted limits access, preventing your colleague or client from viewing support plans, prices, allowing support access, or starting the Full Migration.
Click 'Save' to share the migration.
Once saved, your colleague or client will receive an email notification about being granted access to the data migration at Help Desk Migration. If they don't have an account at https://app.help-desk-migration.com/, they will be directed to the sign-up page before accessing the migration settings.
To modify or revoke access for your colleague or client, click the sharing icon next to your migration ID or name. Then, select the appropriate option from the drop-down menu next to the shared person's email address.
