To deactivate automations, scenarios and email notifications in Freshdesk:
- Go to Admin - Helpdesk Productivity- Automations and disable rules.
- Document and delete Scenario Automations.
- Disable Agent and Requester Notifications.
If you cannot delete them, then set the exception, so they do not work for tickets with tag "imported" and use option Add a new tag to the tickets, which will add this specific tag to all migrated tickets.
