Turn on API Key access in new Freshdesk accounts
In new Freshdesk accounts, the API key is not visible by default. To enable it:
- Go to Admin Users.
- Click on the agent's name and enable API Key Access.
- Agent can view API key in Profile Settings.
We are currently experiencing an outage in our East Coast Data Center. Our engineers are currently on site and estimate the system will be back up within 30 minutes.
