To set up time zone in Zendesk
- Go to Admin Center.
- Navigate to Account - Appearance - Localization.
- Choose the time zone and click Save.
We are currently experiencing an outage in our East Coast Data Center. Our engineers are currently on site and estimate the system will be back up within 30 minutes.
