What Are the Limitations of Zendesk Migration
Zendesk migration does not transfer:
- source ticket IDs as IDs (still can be migrated into a text custom field);
- passwords. Users must reset their passwords after migration.
- ticket events (check here what ticket event is https://support.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/4408829602970-Viewing-all-events-for-ticket-updates)
- CSATs
