To import articles to Zendesk Guide do the following in Zendesk:
- Sign in Zendesk as an administrator.
- Navigate to Zendesk Products Guide.
- Click Build your knowledge base to enable knowledgebase
- Find the brand subdomain, into which articles should be migrated. For that go to Admin Center - Account - Brand Management - Brands, and select the brand copy subdomain.
Then in the Help Desk Migration tool:
- Connect the source account.
- When connecting Zendesk account paste the subdomain into the URL field
