To split a Zendesk instance, contact support for a custom migration.
The process involves filtering the data by your criteria and siting it into 2 migrations
- Contact support by sending an email to contact@relokia.com
- Define how you want to split your data (ex., by Brand, by Group, by Tags, by custom fields, etc.)
- The tech team will develop the customization to filter the data and migrate it into separate accounts.
- Verify the custom filtering.
- Start Full data migration.
You will need to set up the same number of migration as the number of the accounts the data should be migrated into. The Help desk Migration tool can migrate tickets into one Zendesk account in one migration.
