When you migrate into Jira Service Management or to the Intercom account, you can pick up into which ticket type all the tickets will be migrated.
If you see no ticket types in the dropdown, it means that you either didn't create any ticket type or you do not have access to it.

Make sure that you added the issue type to the project into which you migrate the data to Jira.
