"Microsoft" is the name of the company, so you will see the name of the account with which you are having issues.
The error might happen during the migration to ServiceNow.
Resolution:
The error shows if we cannot create a specific company.
As the first step, check Business Rules to see if any active validation rules may prevent us from creating this specific account. If you see such rules, please disable them.
As the second step, check the rights of the user whose credentials were used to connect the ServiceNow account to Migration Wizard. Make sure the user has the right to create companies
