Your platform returned an invalid API response.
This error shows in case if the platform that you connect sends to the Migration Wizard the error, which doesn't have the description or have too general description, so our techs need to investigate it to find the reason to this error.

Here are the steps you can try doing to resolve this issue:
- make sure that you selected the correct platform (for exapmle there are Spiceworks and Spiceworks Cloud, Service Desk Plus amd manage Engine).
- make sure that you input the credentials of the user, which has full admin rights.
- make sure that you input correct URL.
- make sure that account, which you try to connect is active (for example that trial account did not expired)
