It is not possible to import only tickets without contacts, companies, and agents.
If you've imported contacts beforehand and want to skip them during migration, you will not be able to do it, as the migration tool needs to know which contacts, agents, and companies belong to which tickets so they need to be exported together.
If you already have contacts and companies in your target account, the Migration Wizard will check for duplicates. The contacts (customers) are compared and mapped using the email addresses. The companies (organizations) are mapped using the name.
Importing contacts beforehand does not reduce the price for migration; instead, it can make the process more complex and lengthy.
Filtering option
Depending on your current help desk platform, we can apply certain filters to migrate a specific set of data.
