Once Full Data Migration begins, it's best to avoid making any settings changes. Avoid making changes to contacts, companies, and user rights custom fields or deleting them during the import process.
You still can serve the tickets in the source or target account depending on the chosen migration strategy (with delta migration or without it)
If you need to refine your records, we recommend doing so either before or after the import process.
