How to structure CSV with Problem Notes and Tasks for Migration
For importing Problem Notes and Problem Tasks into your help desk system, make sure your CSV files are formatted as follows:
Required Columns:
- Problem Notes: NoteId, ProblemId, AuthorEmail, Body, CreatedTime, Public.
- Problem Tasks: TaskId, ProblemId, Subject, Status, AgentEmail, AgentName, DueTime, CreatedTime.
Formatting Requirements:
- Note and Task Descriptions: Can contain HTML formatting if required.
- Attachments: Provide public URLs for any attachments related to notes or tasks.
- Consistency: Ensure ProblemId and TaskId values are consistent across notes and tasks related to the same problem.
