How to structure CSV with Service Requests for Migration
When importing service requests, ensure your CSV file follows the structure outlined below:
Required Columns: RequestId, Subject, Description, Status, ContactEmail, ContactName, CreatedTime.
Formatting Requirements
- The description can contain HTML formatting.
- Provide public URLs for any attachments.
- Use tags like _select, _date, _integer, and _decimal for custom fields.
