How to structure CSV with Tickets for Migration
To import tickets into Help Desk Migration, ensure your CSV file is formatted correctly with the following required columns: TicketId, Subject, Description, CreatedTime, AgentEmail, AgentName, ContactEmail, ContactName, Type, Status, Priority.
Custom Fields
For custom fields, use the appropriate tags such as:
- _select for dropdown options
- _date for date fields
- _integer for whole numbers
- _decimal for decimal values
