How to structure CSV with Ticket Comments for Migration
To import ticket comments into Help Desk Migration, ensure your CSV file is structured correctly with the following required columns: CommentId, TicketId, AuthorEmail, Body, CreatedTime, Public.
Formatting Requirements:
- Ensure consistent TicketId values for comments related to the same ticket.
- UTF-8 encoding and comma delimiters should be used for proper data structure.
- Use double-quote marks for multi-line comments in the Body field.
- For attachments, provide public URLs to the files.
