CSV requirements to import Knowledge Base articles.
When importing knowledge base articles, ensure your CSV file is properly formatted with the following required columns: Title, Category, Description, Status.
Formatting Requirements:
- Unique folder names are required within different categories to avoid conflicts.
- The article body may contain HTML formatting.
- Provide public URLs for any attachments associated with the articles.
