How to structure and upload CSV with Changes for Migration
To import changes successfully into your help desk system, your CSV file should be formatted as follows:
Required Columns: ChangeId, Subject, Description, Status, AgentEmail, AgentName, ContactEmail, ContactName, CreatedTime, PlannedStartTime, PlannedEndTime.
Formatting Requirements:
- Change Description: Can contain HTML formatting.
- Attachments: Provide public URLs for any attachments linked to the changes.
- Custom Fields: Use tags like _select, _date, _integer, and _decimal for any custom fields.
- Consistency: Ensure that ChangeId is unique for each change.
