How to structure and upload CSV with Contacts for Migration
To import Contacts into your help desk system, ensure that the CSV file follows the required format with the correct columns and data.
Required Columns: ContactId, ContactEmail, ContactName, CompanyName, ContactPhone.
Formatting Requirements:
- Custom Fields: Use tags like _select, _date, _integer, and _decimal for any custom fields that may be included in your contacts file.
- Ensure the file is UTF-8 encoded and uses commas as delimiters.
- If the data includes multi-line information, use double-quote marks for consistency.
