How to structure CSV with Problems for Migration
To import problems into your help desk system, make sure your CSV file follows the required format:
Required Columns: ProblemId, Subject, Description, Status, ContactEmail, ContactName, CreatedTime.
Formatting Requirements:
- Problem Description: Ensure it can contain HTML formatting if needed.
- Attachments: Provide public URLs for any attachments associated with the problem.
- Custom Fields: Use tags like _select, _date, _integer, and _decimal for custom fields, as needed.
